About The Position

Fleet Services by Cox Automotive, headquartered in Indianapolis, is one of the largest fleet maintenance companies in the country. They are a leading provider of on-site mobile maintenance and repair services nationwide for light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks and trailers, also operating over 50 service centers for accident repair, painting, refurbishment, and heavy mechanical repair. They are supported by a 24/7 in-house call-center. Fleet Services is offering an opportunity through their FleeTec Academy class, a paid educational program designed to train individuals to become full-time Diesel Technicians. Participants will undergo four weeks of intensive full-time classroom training at the Academy Campus, with all travel expenses, hotel accommodations, and a meal stipend covered, plus a weekly paycheck. Upon completing the initial classroom phase, trainees will be paired with a Lead Technician for hands-on training and offered a full-time Mobile Diesel Mechanic position.
