About The Position

Rose Roofing & Restoration is hiring Entry Level Canvassers to help homeowners affected by severe weather connect with our roofing professionals. This role involves working outdoors, setting your own schedule, and earning based on performance, with the opportunity to learn sales fundamentals. The company is a family-owned and operated business experiencing rapid growth. As an Entry Level Canvasser, you will be the face of Rose in neighborhoods, initiating conversations with homeowners about potential roof damage, identifying those interested in a complimentary roof inspection, and introducing them to the Sales Manager. The Sales Manager handles the technical aspects, allowing the canvasser to focus on connecting with people. This role does not involve climbing roofs or carrying ladders; the main physical requirement is being comfortable on your feet for several hours a day.

Requirements

• Self-motivated, professional, and reliable.
• Comfortable striking up conversations with homeowners while canvassing.
• Strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Comfortable being on your feet for several hours a day.

Nice To Haves

• No roofing or sales experience required — we'll provide an orientation to get you up to speed on our inspection process and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Canvassing neighborhoods impacted by recent severe weather.
• Starting friendly conversations with homeowners about potential roof damage.
• Spotting homeowners who are interested in a complimentary roof inspection.
• Introducing interested homeowners to our Sales Manager.
• Assisting with the information needed to begin the insurance claim process.
