About The Position

Launch Your Career in Marketing, Sales, Events & Business Development We’re hiring a motivated and energetic Entry-Level Business Associate to join our event marketing and fundraising team. In this role, you’ll represent nonprofit organizations through face-to-face marketing campaigns, community events, and fundraising initiatives . This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates, career starters, and motivated individuals who want hands-on experience in sales, marketing, customer engagement, event coordination, and leadership. No previous experience is required — we provide paid training and ongoing mentorship.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Flexible availability, including occasional evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit clients at promotional events, retail locations, and community outreach campaigns.
• Engage with the public and educate potential donors about nonprofit missions and initiatives.
• Build positive customer relationships while maintaining a professional brand image.
• Assist with planning, setup, and execution of fundraising and marketing events.
• Work toward individual and team campaign goals.
• Track campaign results and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in training focused on communication, leadership, sales, and business development.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer and campaign interactions.
