About The Position

AO Globe Life is hiring Remote Entry-Level Insurance Representatives to help working families, veterans, union members, and their loved ones understand and access valuable life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits. Whether you're beginning your career or looking for a fresh opportunity, we'll provide the training, mentorship, and support you need to succeed. This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position. Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States, provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace, complete required training and participate in virtual meetings, obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities, and complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense. No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided. This opportunity is best suited for individuals who are self-motivated, coachable, comfortable working independently, and interested in a performance-based career with opportunities for professional growth and advancement.

Responsibilities

Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and phone.
Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits.
Provide personalized recommendations based on each client's needs.
Guide clients through the enrollment process.
Review existing policies and assist with beneficiary updates and policy changes.
Support clients throughout the application and claims process.
Build long-term client relationships through trust, communication, and exceptional service.
Participate in ongoing coaching, leadership development, and professional training.
