About The Position

Dahl Automotive is hiring an Entry-Level Automotive Technician for its CDJR team in Rhinelander. No experience is necessary, and paid training is provided. The role offers a starting wage of $18 per hour or more and hands-on work in a bright, well-lit shop equipped with tools and equipment. Ongoing training and development opportunities support skill-building and career growth. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with weekends off. Requirements

No prior experience is necessary; training is provided.
Previous automotive technician experience is listed as a qualification.
Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies.

Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures, and specifications.

Responsibilities

Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and in accordance with dealership policies and procedures.
Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning systems.
Communicate with the Service Advisor so customers are informed about additional services needed.
Estimate the time required for additional repairs.
Perform warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.
