About The Position
Friedman Vartolo LLP is seeking an entry-level Associate Attorney admitted, or pending admission, in Pennsylvania to join its rapidly growing firm. The firm seeks a motivated, hardworking attorney prepared to contribute to their own success and the firm’s growth, with effective communication skills and a commitment to delivering the quality of work expected by the firm’s clients. The role is based in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office and may require travel to local state courts.
Requirements
- Must be admitted, or pending admission, in Pennsylvania.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong research skills.
- Ability to appear at settlement conferences, status conferences, and other dispositive motions or hearings.
Nice To Haves
- Prior lender-side default services experience.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and file summons and complaints, dispositive motions, and other relevant responsive pleadings.
- Appear at settlement conferences, status conferences, and other dispositive motions or hearings.
- Travel to local state courts as needed for court appearances.
