We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Entry-Level Account Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking to launch a career in sales, client relations, or business development. The role AHA’s Entry-Level Account Manager will support existing client accounts, assist with customer needs, and help develop long-term business relationships. The successful candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience while identifying opportunities for growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• 1-2 years of previous sales experience preferred
• Valid state-issued Driver License; clean driving record for the past five years, plus own reliable transportation
• Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel); ability to learn proprietary software and new software as it is installed/developed
• Excellent customer service mindset
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks
• Willingness to learn and develop professional sales and account management skills

Nice To Haves

• Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with assigned client accounts
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests
• Assist clients with account setup, service questions, and issue resolution
• Conduct regular follow-up communications to ensure client satisfaction
• Support sales initiatives and identify opportunities to expand services
• Maintain accurate customer records and account activity in CRM systems
• Collaborate with operations, customer service, and management teams
• Prepare reports, presentations, and client communications as needed
