Quadient is seeking motivated early-career professionals for an Entry-Level Account Executive role. This is a hybrid role based near St. Louis, MO, requiring regular customer visits across the local area 2-3 times per week, combined with remote and field-based work.

Requirements

1 - 2 yrs sales experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A motivated, coachable, and growth-oriented mindset
Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively
Comfortable learning new technologies and tools
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally 2–3 days per week

Responsibilities

Grow existing accounts and develop new business opportunities
Connect with customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings
Understand customer needs and recommend solutions
Manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle
Collaborate with teammates to deliver a great customer experience
Build relationships and a sales pipeline that drive results and earnings
