Freight Flex is a rapidly growing third-party logistics (3PL) company focused on helping businesses move freight efficiently across the country. Founded in 2021, our team combines industry expertise, technology, and a strong carrier network to provide exceptional transportation solutions to our customers. We're building a high-performing sales organization where ambitious individuals can learn the logistics industry, develop their sales skills, and build a long-term career. What Is a 3PL? A Third-Party Logistics (3PL) company helps businesses manage the transportation and movement of their products. Freight Flex acts as an extension of our customers' businesses by connecting them with trusted carriers, providing transportation expertise and technology, and ensuring freight moves efficiently from origin to destination. The Opportunity Position starts January 4th, 2027. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for recent college graduates who are interested in building a career in sales and logistics. Previous sales experience is not required. We provide the training, tools, and support needed to help you succeed.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Comfortable making outbound phone calls and communicating with prospective customers
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Motivated by performance-based compensation

Responsibilities
- Build and develop relationships with prospective customers through outbound sales efforts.
- Identify customer transportation needs and provide Freight Flex logistics solutions.
- Prospect new business through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and other sales activities.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing new accounts.
- Grow customer relationships and identify additional business opportunities.
- Partner with internal operations and carrier teams to ensure customers receive exceptional service.
