Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
Comfortable making outbound phone calls and communicating with prospective customers
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Motivated by performance-based compensation

Responsibilities

Build and develop relationships with prospective customers through outbound sales efforts.
Identify customer transportation needs and provide Freight Flex logistics solutions.
Prospect new business through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and other sales activities.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing new accounts.
Grow customer relationships and identify additional business opportunities.
Partner with internal operations and carrier teams to ensure customers receive exceptional service.
