About The Position

Kaufman Rossin is seeking a highly organized, self-directed Administrative Assistant to support our Entrepreneurial Services team. This position requires the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a very fast-paced environment in office. Our ideal candidate is good with people, displaying a positive attitude and professional demeanor. This is an on-site position, in our Miami office, 5 days/week.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with exceptional phone etiquette
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Persistence, with strong follow-up skills
  • Ability to work periodic overtime

Nice To Haves

  • Financial Services-specific experience
  • Experience working with Sunbiz
  • Experience with online banking systems, wire initiation, etc.
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Support department with routine administrative duties including travel coordination, calendar management, appointment scheduling, and expense reconciliation
  • Review, direct, and respond to correspondence
  • Draft engagement letters
  • Assist with client onboarding and related account opening processes
  • Filing, copying, scanning, and faxing
  • Managing all client shipping via FedEx and USPS
  • Billing assistance
  • Tend to reception as needed
