SUMMARY The Entitlements Coordinator, under the supervision of the Senior Entitlements Coordinator, coordinates and administers public benefit programs for the people supported by ADAPT Community Network and its affiliates. The position is responsible for the timely application, maintenance, renewal, and continuity of Federal, State, and local public benefits while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and agency policies. The Entitlements Coordinator works collaboratively with Residential Directors, Program Leadership, Finance, Admissions, Care Management, government agencies, and interdisciplinary teams to support day-to-day entitlement operations.
