About The Position

This is a part-time position with varied shifts. The role involves selling and distributing event tickets, verifying tickets, providing appropriate wristbands for seating, and assisting guests with seating in the proper section. The primary goal is to provide fast and friendly service to all guests.

Requirements

Must be able to handle cash and credit card purchases through POS system.
Must be customer service and team oriented.
Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in extreme temperatures (hot and cold).
Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
Must be able to read and communicate instructions to guests verbally in English.
Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

Sell and distribute event tickets from Box Office or other locations.
Verify tickets and provide appropriate wristbands for seating.
Provide assistance with seating in proper sections.
Sell event tickets through various transaction methods (cash, credit card, comp, etc.) using the ticketing system.
Provide information about events and properties.
Respond to guest requests in a friendly, welcoming, and competent manner.
Accurately maintain billing and other required information.
Maintain Box Office organization and supplies.
Walk guests to their proper section for seating.
Provide additional assistance as necessary.
Verify tickets and provide proper wristbands.
Greet guests in a genuine friendly manner.
Offer guests and team members assistance if needed.
Offer closing remarks such as 'Enjoy the show' or 'Let me know if you should need anything else'.
