About The Position
The Enterprise Transformation Director leads the build out of a Value Management Office (VMO). The VMO will bring together the agile delivery functions and the IT Project Management Office to provide oversight and governance of technology delivery while leading the effort to streamline and transform the way we deliver through the adoption of Agile principles.
Requirements
- 10 plus years technology experience.
- 5 plus years experience in an agile environment.
- Bachelor's Degree
Responsibilities
- Partner with the business portfolio managers, finance and IT CIO teams to shift from annual project plan focus to monthly value plan focus and further developing the Continuous Planning process to embed business accountability in continuous prioritization and decision making for all approved work.
- Work together with IT Architecture, Development, Infrastructure and Cyber teams to establish practices and adopt technologies to support continuous flow of delivery and increased delivery frequency.
- Streamline current delivery tollgates to better align to delivery methodology while ensuring transparency and predictability.
- Move from project management facilitation (PM models) to delivery ownership accountability (Execution Manager/Scrum Master models).
- Establish practices that drive an Agile- First culture.
