About The Position

The Enterprise Systems Developer will be responsible for the end-to-end system configuration and lifecycle management of upstream intake workflows and downstream ERP modules, including Oracle Fusion Procurement, Financials, General Ledger, and Payables. This role involves building and maintaining complex approval hierarchies, requisitioning rules, and supplier portal configurations. The developer will also support environment maintenance, release management, and ensure zero disruption during application updates. Additionally, the position requires managing the technical mapping of data between applications, overseeing API-based integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, and configuring applications to enforce financial compliance standards like ASC 606/IFRS 15 and SOX controls. The role also includes acting as a core escalation point for level 2/3 functional support and performing root cause analysis for configuration-related issues.

  • Proven history of establishing technical configuration controls and managing system changes in a live production environment.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of core business lifecycles, such as Source-to-Pay (S2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), or Asset-to-Retire.

  • Support scheduled environment refreshes, instance cloning, and technical smoke testing during quarterly application update cycles to ensure zero disruption to integrated in-flight workflows.
  • Manage the technical mapping of category codes, cost centers, tax attributes, and master data entities (e.g., Items, Suppliers, Customers, COA) between specialized front-end applications and the core financial systems of record.
  • Partner with technical teams to oversee the health of API-based cross-application integrations (primarily utilizing Oracle Integration Cloud), ensuring high-volume transactional data flows correctly downstream.
  • Configure applications to enforce critical financial compliance standards (such as ASC 606/IFRS 15) and internal SOX controls.
  • Act as a core escalation point for level 2/3 functional support around configurations, resolving complex issues.
