About The Position

Anderson University’s Office of Information Technology invites applications for the role of full-time Enterprise Systems Analyst. The Enterprise Systems Analyst provides technical and functional support for enterprise and cloud-based software applications used across the University. This role partners closely with faculty, staff, campus departments, IT teams, and third-party vendors to ensure applications are reliable, secure, and effectively support teaching, learning, and administrative operations. Additionally, this position will troubleshoot application issues, support cloud and SaaS platforms, assist with software configuration and lifecycle management, respond to support requests, and provide user guidance, documentation, and training to promote successful technology adoption. The position also assists with testing software updates, resolving access and authentication issues, and identifying opportunities to improve support processes, services, and the overall user experience.

Requirements

  • Knowledge equivalent to that gained through a bachelor’s degree in information technology, information systems or related field.
  • 2-4 years of equivalent experience in supporting software applications, cloud-based or SaaS platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and complete simultaneous projects within a deadline.
