About The Position

Realtor.com® is seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Systems Technical Business Analyst to lead strategic initiatives across its enterprise applications, with a primary focus on Salesforce and customer-facing business systems. This role partners closely with Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Engineering, and Product to deliver scalable technology solutions that enable new products, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the customer experience. The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) team at Realtor.com® is composed of a diverse group of analytically minded individuals committed to the success of its partners across the company, supporting key business groups including Sales, Success, Customer Care, Finance, Product, and Data Analytics. This team views problems end-to-end, skillfully translating business challenges into elegant technical solutions. They evaluate opportunities using data and observation, guide technical teams with detailed requirements, and support QA and users through delivery. The ideal candidate is comfortable facilitating roadmap discussions, gathering detailed business requirements, and partnering with technical teams to deliver complex system enhancements. Deep Salesforce expertise, strong written and verbal communication abilities, and experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical business partners are essential.

Requirements

8+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Enterprise Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Program Manager with experience implementing and enhancing Salesforce solutions, with strong experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Proven background leading cross-functional projects from discovery through implementation, including strong business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design skills.
Deep expertise writing business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, process documentation, and executive presentations.
Experience with, or strong interest in, implementing AI-enabled business solutions (e.g., Salesforce Agentforce, Claude, Gemini, OpenAI, or Microsoft Copilot).
Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud, Flow, APIs, and enterprise integrations alongside knowledge of CRM, Customer Support, Revenue Operations, CPQ, and SaaS business processes.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills; a "We, Not Me" collaborative attitude.

Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, AI Associate, or Agentforce Specialist)
Agile/Scrum/PMP certifications.

Responsibilities

Partner with Product Managers to implement technical solutions supporting new product packages and platform enhancements; translate product vision into scalable system capabilities and implementation plans.
Deeply understand business processes through observations and interviews to ensure the right tools, reports, and processes are built and implemented to align with business priorities.
Lead discovery sessions and requirements gathering for new project initiatives, write user stories, acceptance criteria, and partner with engineering to finalize solution design.
Partner with architects, developers, administrators, and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle including sprint planning, QA testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), release management, and end-user adoption.
Lead enhancements across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related enterprise applications to support Sales, Customer Support, Revenue Operations, and Product organizations.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI-powered capabilities to improve business processes and partner with technical teams to evaluate and implement solutions utilizing Salesforce Agentforce, Claude, Gemini, or other platforms.
Manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously across business and technology teams while developing project plans, implementation roadmaps, and clear executive communications.
