About The Position

The Enterprise Strategy Architect will act as an individual contributor to work with architecture, engineering, and business partners across Chubb to define the strategy, architecture, and ensure best engineering practices for strategic platform efforts across the company. Responsibilities

• Create and evolve the enterprise-wide platform strategy.
• Communicate and get buy-in of strategy from senior executive stakeholders.
• Develop strategic vision and roadmaps for platforms across Chubb.
• Act as a key individual contributor driving the strategy and direction for the modernization of the Chubb technology portfolio.
• Create the operating models and mobilize the platform strategy.
• Prioritize the platforms that need to be built or standardized on based on business drivers and pain points.
• Understand the needs of the platform client teams, and influence platform roadmaps to meet those needs.
• Influence teams across the company to adopt platforms and create patterns to make adoption easier.
