About The Position

Enterprise Architect (Data & AI) opening for our client. This strategic architecture role will focus on defining and advancing enterprise-wide Data & AI architecture capabilities, driving technology modernization, and aligning business objectives with scalable, secure, and governed technology solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience totaling 11+ years.
  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, enterprise architecture, or related technical disciplines.
  • Strong experience with: Enterprise Architecture, Data Architecture, AI/ML Architecture, Executive Communications, Technology Strategy and Roadmap Development
  • Working knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and architecture modeling tools.
  • Experience designing and integrating enterprise-scale applications and platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Nice To Haves

  • Graduate degree in a business or technical discipline.
  • Enterprise Architecture certification (TOGAF or equivalent).
  • Cloud certifications and experience with major cloud providers.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Financial services or banking industry experience.
  • Experience developing technology roadmaps and enterprise modernization strategies.
  • Knowledge of data governance, regulatory compliance, AI governance, and model risk management practices.

Responsibilities

  • Define enterprise Data & AI architecture strategies, roadmaps, standards, and target-state capabilities.
  • Develop conceptual and logical architectures for enterprise data platforms, analytics ecosystems, AI/ML solutions, and data integration frameworks.
  • Establish enterprise patterns for data sourcing, transformation, exchange, governance, lineage, reconciliation, and consumption.
  • Drive standardization of data exchange models including event-driven, streaming, batch, and API-based architectures.
  • Partner with technology and business leaders to align enterprise architecture initiatives with strategic objectives.
  • Provide architectural guidance across application, data, cloud, infrastructure, security, integration, and operations domains.
  • Research emerging technologies and industry trends to evaluate opportunities and inform enterprise strategy.
  • Support architecture governance processes and provide recommendations to leadership and peer review groups.
  • Create and maintain enterprise architecture standards, reference architectures, principles, and documentation.
  • Ensure Data & AI solutions are designed with governance, compliance, scalability, and regulatory requirements in mind.
