About The Position

CTG is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to provide strategic architecture leadership across enterprise technology and cybersecurity domains. This role will focus on defining future-state architecture, developing technology roadmaps, establishing cybersecurity standards, and guiding enterprise initiatives across cloud, AI, security, applications, data, and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong Enterprise Architecture experience, cybersecurity expertise, executive communication skills, and the ability to translate complex technology strategies into actionable business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Software Engineering, or related technology disciplines.
  • Bachelor’s degree with relevant professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong experience developing and integrating applications using architecture principles and patterns.
  • Experience with cybersecurity architecture, including IAM, cloud security, application security, network security, SIEM, and SOAR.
  • Experience developing enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, and governance processes.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with enterprise architecture tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to analyze complex technology environments and recommend strategic solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Nice To Haves

  • Graduate degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • Enterprise Architecture certification such as TOGAF or similar.
  • Cloud architecture certifications and experience with major cloud platforms.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries.
  • Experience supporting AI-enabled platforms, cybersecurity automation, and technology modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate current-state and future-state Enterprise Architecture strategies.
  • Develop enterprise technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and industry standards.
  • Lead cybersecurity architecture initiatives across cloud, hybrid, co-location, and AI environments.
  • Establish secure-by-design architecture principles, governance models, security standards, and control frameworks.
  • Develop architecture patterns and guardrails supporting identity, data protection, compliance, and risk management.
  • Provide guidance on securing AI platforms, AI governance, model protection, and responsible AI practices.
  • Partner with executive leaders, architects, engineering teams, security teams, and business stakeholders to drive strategic technology decisions.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve enterprise capabilities and operational efficiency.
  • Support architecture governance processes through analysis, recommendations, and technology assessments.
  • Provide architectural leadership across application, data, cloud, infrastructure, integration, security, and operations domains.
  • Create and maintain enterprise architecture documentation, standards, reference models, and best practices.
  • Advise leadership on technology risks, investment priorities, and architectural tradeoffs.
