About The Position

The Enterprise Architect is responsible for aligning business strategy with technology solutions by developing and maintaining enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, and roadmaps. This role ensures that IT systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational goals while optimizing processes across the enterprise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field required
  • 10+ years of experience in IT or technology roles
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture
  • Proven experience designing large-scale enterprise systems and integrations
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture strategy, roadmap, and governance framework
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into technology solutions
  • Evaluate current systems and identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for optimization
  • Lead architecture reviews and ensure adherence to standards, policies, and best practices
  • Design and oversee implementation of scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions
  • Collaborate with IT teams (Infrastructure, Security, Development, Data) to ensure alignment
  • Establish and enforce technology standards, reference architectures, and integration patterns
  • Assess emerging technologies and provide recommendations for adoption
  • Support digital transformation initiatives and cloud strategy (e.g., AWS, Azure)
  • Provide guidance on data architecture, application architecture, and system integrations
  • Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and risk management standards
