About The Position

The Enterprise Software Implementation Specialist, also referred to as the Enterprise Orchestrator, Cross-Team Conductor, and Fleet360 Authority, will own RTA's largest and most complex customer engagements from contract signing through a confident go-live. This role serves as the primary customer relationship owner during implementation, coordinating across Sales, Fleet Consulting, Training, Support, and CSM. The specialist will personally handle data cleaning, compilation, and migration into Fleet360, guide fleet managers through high-stakes configuration decisions, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and ensure customers are confident at go-live. This position is crucial for RTA's mission to help fleets succeed, particularly on their most important accounts.
