About The Position

U.S. Bank is seeking an Enterprise Transmission Implementation Specialist with Client Connectivity, project analysis and IT data tools experience to contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives. This role is responsible for the analysis, application, and design of managed file transfer solutions targeted to expand or implement new service solutions for internal or external customers. The specialist will consult customers through the implementation process and provide education as appropriate to ensure timely implementation. They will be responsible for systems analysis and design for solutions that align corporate standards with customer requirements, analyze customer requests, validate for completeness of information and alignment with current standards, and appropriately refer non-standard implementations as directed. Communication of required standards and discussion of options for compliance with internal or external customers, providing information for successful implementation, and ensuring completeness of implementation records and accuracy of data entry are key aspects of this role. The specialist will update appropriate data within the implementation workflow tool, report on project progress, service level agreement attainment, and customer issue escalation. Completing appropriate forms or processes for customer requests that require additional network security access, performing validation testing for all new data transmission set-ups with internal or external customers, and completing testing documentation as required for customer testing are also essential functions. This role involves coordinating with application teams as needed for a complete customer test, advising and discussing the implementation standard with customers, and providing additional information as required for a successful implementation. Finally, the specialist will train customers on the production process of the implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically five or more years of relevant experience
  • Five or more years’ experience within a total Information Technology (IT) environment.
  • Five or more years’ experience with managing day-to-day delivery of managed file transfer services to clients.

Responsibilities
