Software Implementation Specialist
About The Position
Our client is seeking a Technical Engineer to serve as a subject matter expert for their large-scale initiative modernizing workforce management for their employees across the US and Canada. In this role, the selected candidate will act as both a System Administrator and an Engineer, responsible for technical configuration of the timekeeping platform and ensuring data integrity across integrations with Payroll, HR, and Finance systems. Our client utilizes WorkForce Software (WFS), we are looking for a highly technical resource with strong enterprise WFM and integration experience who can design complex labor rules and manage large-scale data pipelines.
Requirements

- Workforce Management (WFM)
- Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Enterprise WFM configuration experience (WFS preferred, UKG/Kronos, Dayforce, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Advanced SQL and ETL development experience
- API / data integration experience (REST, SOAP, XML, flat files)
- Strong technical/business requirements translation skills
- Agile / Jira experience
- 10+ years IT experience in large-scale enterprise environments
- Hands-on WFM configuration for 10,000+ employee environments
- HR/Payroll data integration and system support experience

Responsibilities
- System configuration for Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Absence Management modules
- Design and maintain ETL pipelines and API integrations (REST/SOAP)
- Translate union contracts, labor laws, and work rules into system logic
- Manage platform governance, security roles, upgrades, and environment stability
- Build SQL-based reports and perform advanced data analysis
