Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in security industry required
  • 2-5 years sales experience required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills required
  • Valid CA driver's license and clean driving record required
  • Basic data entry and retrieval skills required
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record required.
  • Final applicant will need to have the ability to pass a pre-employment screening process.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of company alarm systems preferred
  • Must be a self-starter and have good negotiating skills
  • Intermediate word processing and basic spreadsheet competence preferred

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads for new sales
  • Meet with prospective customer in order to sell systems
  • Process all appropriate documentation
  • Follow-up with customer to ensure complete satisfaction
  • Resolve customer issues and concern
  • Generate proposals
  • Coordinate installation
  • Utilize a CRM for Pipeline/Prospect Management
  • All other miscellaneous responsibilities and other duties as assigned
