We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager. This role combines strategic sales execution with team leadership, ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales targets through effective coaching, performance management and process optimization. The Enterprise Sales Manager acts as a bridge between leadership and the sales team, aligning sales strategies with company goals. The annual base salary for this position, based in Syracuse, NY, is $80,000-$100,000 with on-target total earnings of $200,000 - $250,000. Individual pay is determined by the candidate’s geographic location and additional factors, including but not limited to skillset, relevant education, experience, certifications as well as other business and organizational needs. This position is located in Syracuse, NY and requires onsite work.
