Enterprise Sales Development Representative

Alex AISan Francisco, CA
$115,000 - $115,000Onsite

About The Position

We're hiring an Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) to build pipeline in the enterprise segment. You'll be the first voice enterprise talent leaders hear from Alex, and a primary driver of enterprise revenue growth. You’ll own multi-stakeholder accounts with real hiring volume, procurement processes, and strong talent leaders.

Requirements

  • Enterprise pipeline generation
  • Multi-threaded outbound strategy
  • Inbound qualification with enterprise judgment
  • Fluency in the enterprise buyer's world
  • Performance & pipeline ownership
  • Data management & tooling

Responsibilities

  • Enterprise pipeline generation: Prospect into named enterprise accounts across phone, email, video, social, and events. Research the account, map the buying committee, and open conversations with senior stakeholders using messaging that speaks to their hiring volume, cost per hire, and enterprise procurement processes.
  • Multi-threaded outbound strategy: Own the enterprise outbound motion end-to-end – account selection, segmentation, and personalized multi-channel sequences. Partner tightly with Account Executives on account plans, multi-threading across a committee, and hands-on support through pilots and evaluations.
  • Inbound qualification with enterprise judgment: Qualify inbound demand from marketing, running discovery on fit, hiring volume, urgency, existing ATS stack, and buying process. Route high-intent enterprise interest into qualified opportunities and disqualify quickly and cleanly when it isn't a fit.
  • Fluency in the enterprise buyer's world: Get sharp fast on TA operating models, ATS ecosystems, and the compliance landscape (EU AI Act, NYC LL144, SOC 2, bias audits). Enterprise buyers ask hard questions early; you'll be credible on how Alex does the work while humans make the decision.
  • Performance & pipeline ownership: Consistently hit and beat pipeline-generation targets. Track your own metrics, show up prepared for pipeline and forecast reviews, and keep tuning targeting and messaging based on what the market tells you.
  • Data management & tooling: Run a clean, well-documented process in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Amplemarket, Nooks, and similar platforms – prospecting, follow-up, and reporting an enterprise AE can build on.
