About Nooks.ai: Nooks is an applied AI lab building the Agent Workspace for GTM. We design AI agents that operate across the full sales action set, from account strategy to prospect research and outreach. Building 0→1 has never been easier, but selling at the speed of the market remains the last frontier for AI. Our mission is to 10x every seller by automating the busywork so they can focus on what humans do best: closing deals. Today, over 1,500 customers run on Nooks, including Notion, HubSpot, Cursor, and Rippling. We’ve raised $70M+ from top VCs like Kleiner Perkins, which made its first sales-tech investment in over a decade with us. Since then, we’ve tripled ARR each year for 3 years running and grown a high-caliber team turning the art of sales into a scalable science. The role We’re looking for an Enterprise Sales Development Rep (SDR) with 2+ years experience selling into sales leaders at large, enterprise orgs. You shouldn’t be afraid to pick up the phone and have experience building outbound messaging through all prospecting channels - phone, email + linkedin. Working closely with an Account Executive, you’re experienced with building a bottom up + top down strategy to break into some of the largest organizations in the world. You’ll be involved in generating outbound pipeline, creating ground swell and building a point of view for VP’s and department heads at large organizations. You may also be involved in running trials with prospects to get your hands dirty in what it takes to bring new clients on board.

Requirements

  • 2+ yearss of relevant sales experience selling into the sales leader persona
  • Experience prospecting into enterprise organizations
  • Experience prospecting into B2B SaaS companies
  • Ideally have experience working in a fast paced startup environment
  • Strong problem solving, issue-resolution, and multi-tasking skills, the ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, and a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership and team building skills

Responsibilities

  • 2+ years of outbound sales experience selling into the sales leader persona
  • Experience prospecting into B2B SaaS Enterprise organizations
  • Experience account mapping + working closely with an Account Executive
  • Fluent in all prospecting channels, with a preference for cold calling
  • Ideally have experience working in a fast paced startup environment
  • Strong problem solving, issue-resolution, and multi-tasking skills, the ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, and a keen attention to detail.
