About The Position

Trustpair is seeking an ambitious Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their North American team and contribute to growing the customer base. The primary mission of this role is to generate leads from identified strategic accounts by developing personalized outreach strategies to connect with target personas and convert prospects into a sales pipeline. Trustpair is a company that automates vendor validation to prevent fraud, protecting over 550 enterprise companies worldwide. They combine expertise in financial crime with advanced AI technology to streamline manual checks and protect billions in payments. The company has offices in New York, Paris, London, and Milan, fostering a diverse and action-oriented culture.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a SDR/BDR or sales role or account-based marketing role, in the B2B space, ideally selling to Enterprise clients.
  • Resourceful and solution-oriented: autonomous in finding solutions to problems.
  • Well organized and methodical in approach.
  • Engaged: lots of energy, open to feedback and want to learn about Trustpair's product and market.
  • Creative Orator: communicate well on the phone, and understand how to craft messages for target based on their needs & preferences.
  • Persistent Mindset: ready for the hunt and understand the drive and effort required to succeed.
  • Native-level English.
  • Strong interest to leverage AI technologies to drive significant impact.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of application or be a citizen from the Schengen / EU zone.

Responsibilities

  • Organize days to call prospects with a methodical approach to achieve goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to define strategic accounts and build action plans.
  • Qualify inbound leads and contact potential customers through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Detect customer pain points, understand their context, and showcase Trustpair's value proposition.
  • Qualify and manage leads referred by partners, ensuring fast and thoughtful follow-up.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and nurture partner introductions into qualified opportunities, tracking progress and attribution in the CRM.
  • Process and qualify leads generated through trade shows, webinars, and other events.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups across email, phone, and LinkedIn for event leads.
  • Manage structured outreach sequences for event leads.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to convert event contacts into pipeline opportunities.
  • Ensure all activities and lead information remain up to date in the CRM.
