About The Position

Goosehead Insurance is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to quote and close new insurance business from pre-qualified leads and build lasting client relationships. The role involves advising clients on coverage options and tailoring insurance packages to their needs. It is a fast-paced inside sales position handling inbound and outbound calls, with no cold prospecting required. The employee will manage leads and client relationships through Salesforce CRM. No prior sales or insurance experience is necessary; Goosehead provides training and support to obtain an insurance license.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Customer or client relationship experience.
• Comfort using CRM software.
• Team-oriented, entrepreneurial, and a problem-solver.
• Ability to thrive in a goal-driven, competitive environment.

Nice To Haves

• Property & Casualty Insurance License, or willingness to obtain one after hire.
