About The Position

Goosehead Insurance is seeking an inside sales representative to take pre-qualified leads, quote and close new business, and build lasting client relationships. The representative advises clients on coverage options and tailors insurance packages to their needs. This is a fast-paced role handling inbound and outbound calls, with no cold prospecting required. Leads and client relationships are managed through Salesforce CRM. Goosehead provides training in Salesforce, the sales process, and business development, and covers one-time training course and exam costs for obtaining an insurance license. The role offers a clear path for growth as the employee builds a book of business.

Requirements

Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Customer or client relationship experience.
Comfort using CRM systems.
Team-oriented, entrepreneurial, and a problem-solver.
Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance License after hire if not already licensed.
