About The Position

Aritzia is growing and our ERM Integration team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for the seamless integration of ERM-related priorities, programs, initiatives, and events in alignment with our growth plans. As the Senior Analyst / Analyst, Retail ERM Integration, for new boutique openings (NBOs), you will support with representing ERM cross-functionally and collaborating with business partners to ensure effective implementation and operation of ERM-related initiatives for NBOs. The mission of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Department is to prevent, detect, and resolve loss.

Requirements

Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in ERM

Responsibilities

Facilitating the identification, evaluation, prioritization, and resourcing of ERM-related work for NBOs
Ensuring that the most important NBO risk programs are realized perfectly
Project managing or being the Business Lead on cross-functional initiatives
Seamlessly executing the integration of NBOs
Integrating new infrastructure into and out of ERM
Ensuring department tools support business needs
Connecting and organizing the ERM department with business-driven, simple, and relevant information
