About The Position

The Global Risk & Compliance Organization (“GRC”) independently oversees the company’s risk-taking and risk management activities, including the comprehensive identification, management, and mitigation of risks within the Company’s risk appetite. GRC ensures the company operates in a safe, sound and fully compliant manner within all applicable regulatory expectations. We create and maintain the overall risk management framework while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Enterprise Risk Manager to join the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team. This role will support the design, development, and ongoing enhancement of enterprise-wide risk frameworks, policies, and program capabilities across a broad range of risk types, including areas such as Reputation Risk and Risk Culture. The position will play a key role in driving consistency, scalability, and alignment with regulatory expectations and the Company’s risk appetite, while contributing to a holistic view of risk across the enterprise.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in risk management, operational risk, compliance, or related areas.
Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
Ability to work across risk domains.

Nice To Haves

Experience preferably within a large financial services organization.
Familiarity with or interest in Reputation Risk and Risk Culture concepts—including non-financial risk drivers and emerging risk themes.
