About The Position

The Enterprise REDCap Manager will lead enterprise research applications such as REDCap by developing architecture, structure, security, and application reporting. This role leads the applications team by developing the team and supporting the strategy, policies, procedures, business processes, education/training initiatives, project management, system integration, system security, and maintenance initiatives. The manager will also build business intelligence and reporting solutions to support end users. This position dually reports through Research Services in Winston-Salem and Charlotte, ensuring that REDCap and Research Applications support the Research systems and data needs of Advocate Health.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 5 or more years of applications programming experience.
  • Manual dexterity to keystroke a keyboard.
  • Analytical reasoning.
  • Visual acuity.
  • Ability to present using contact management software.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Determine and delegate resources to complete Research Services Applications and programming projects.
  • Determines software development architecture requirements, specifications, timelines, and security.
  • Maintains and customizes system design to meet end-users' needs.
  • Develops strategy and policy for system use and integration.
  • Leads Enterprise Research Applications such as REDCap by developing architecture, structure, security, and application reporting.
  • Leads the applications team by developing the team and supporting the strategy, policies, procedures, business processes, education/training initiatives, project management, system integration, system security and maintenance initiatives.
  • Builds business intelligence and reporting solutions to support end users.
