In this role, you will lead the team responsible for day‑to‑day compensation delivery across job evaluations, market benchmarking, offer analyses, compensation data management and audits, reporting and dashboards, and year‑end compensation execution. You will partner closely with compensation consultants as well as HR partners to ensure compensation outcomes are accurate, market‑aligned, and delivered with strong governance and controls. As a Compensation Manager, you’ll balance people leadership with oversight of complex compensation work helping to develop talent, strengthen analytical capabilities, and evolve processes that support consistent execution of compensation programs. This role plays a key part in enabling broader enterprise initiatives and ensuring high‑quality delivery across Vanguard’s compensation program.
