About The Position

Reporting to the Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO), the Enterprise Quality Leader is Atmus’ senior enterprise leader responsible for defining, implementing, and governing the global quality strategy. This role ensures that quality is built into every stage of the product lifecycle—from product and process development through supplier readiness, manufacturing, delivery, and field performance. The Enterprise Quality Leader will establish a consistent, prevention-based quality operating system across Atmus and strengthen the capabilities, processes, and accountability required to deliver safe, reliable products that meet customer, regulatory, and business expectations. As the enterprise voice of quality, this leader will partner closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Product Development, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Commercial, and functional leaders to improve customer experience, reduce risk and cost of poor quality, and build a culture in which quality is owned at every level of the organization.

Establishing a consistent, prevention-based quality operating system across Atmus.
Strengthening the capabilities, processes, and accountability required to deliver safe, reliable products that meet customer, regulatory, and business expectations.
Partnering closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Product Development, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Commercial, and functional leaders to improve customer experience, reduce risk and cost of poor quality, and build a culture in which quality is owned at every level of the organization.
