About The Position

The Enterprise Project Manager will be responsible for developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the enterprise channel and enterprise customers, as well as creating individual service response plans tailored to each enterprise customer. This role involves building and modifying sales proposals for Enterprise sales representatives and optimizing the enterprise sales CRM environment for data collection, sales insights, business development, reporting, user permissions, and operational efficiency. The position also requires routing and tracking all pre- and post-sale customer documents, providing direct customer service and technical support when needed, and routing incoming customer requests to the appropriate department while tracking them to resolution. Additionally, the role involves accessing and maintaining existing customer information within the company ERP software, ensuring clear communication between sales, engineering, operations, and technical care departments, and developing and deploying AI tools to enhance enterprise channel business efforts.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior field experience as an alarm technician, with a practical understanding of installation, service, and customer-facing technical work.
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse).
  • Proficient with modern AI tools and comfortable applying them to automate, summarize, draft, and analyze business workflows.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Clear, proactive written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Systems thinking: ability to see how data, processes, and people connect end to end.
  • Customer-first mindset paired with a bias for execution.
  • Comfort operating in a remote, cross-functional environment and driving outcomes without direct authority.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the enterprise channel and enterprise customers.
  • Develop individual service response plans tailored to each enterprise customer.
  • Build and modify sales proposals on behalf of Enterprise sales representatives.
  • Optimize the enterprise sales CRM environment for data collection, sales insights, high-volume business development, reporting, user permissions, and overall operational efficiency.
  • Route and track all pre- and post-sale customer documents for processing, including customer contracts, sales proposals, W-9s, NDAs, and insurance certificates.
  • Provide direct customer service and technical support when needed.
  • Route incoming customer requests to the appropriate department and track each request through to resolution.
  • Access and maintain existing customer information within the company ERP software.
  • Ensure clear, timely communication between sales, engineering, operations, and technical care departments on customer requests.
  • Develop and deploy AI tools that enhance and scale enterprise channel business efforts.
