About The Position

The Enterprise Project Manager is responsible for partnering with management, executive sponsors, and cross-functional leaders to define project objectives, scope, requirements, timelines, deliverables, and success measures for enterprise initiatives. This role leads the planning, coordination, and implementation of highly visible projects that advance Clever Care’s strategic priorities, strengthen enterprise infrastructure, improve operational performance, and support measurable business outcomes. Projects may be broad in scope and involve significant process development, change management, financial, information systems, regulatory, and organizational impacts across multiple departments. The Enterprise Project Manager oversees multiple tactical and strategic projects from initiation through completion and benefits realization, ensuring work is delivered within approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations. Working with limited supervision, this position applies sound judgment, project management discipline, and appropriate tools and project management and Six Sigma methodologies to manage risks, resolve issues, facilitate stakeholder alignment, and drive accountability. The role also supports the development and institutionalization of project management standards, lean processes, and continuous improvement practices across the organization to improve operational effectiveness, member and patient outcomes, and overall business results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, health care, organizational management, or related field is required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience required in data analysis/project management with successful deployment demonstrating measurable positive results.
  • Effective leadership, project management, and consulting skills, with the ability to develop and execute project plans that deliver meaningful results on time and within budget.
  • Strong ability to identify key business issues, evaluate complex operational challenges, and develop practical action plans from multidisciplinary perspectives.
  • Flexible and collaborative work style, with the ability to solve complex, interdependent problems and develop stakeholder-specific solutions across internal and external groups, including IT, Finance, Health Services, Facilities, and senior management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to conduct, interpret, and communicate quantitative and qualitative analyses.
  • Excellent written, verbal, listening, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills for frequent engagement with internal customers, external stakeholders, and senior-level audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, coordinate multiple workstreams, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including the Office 365 suite.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and platforms, such as Jira, Microsoft Planner, Project and related project tracking or reporting systems.
  • Familiarity with Ai Agent Development and Ai Systems such as but not limited to Co-Pilot, Gemini and Claude Technology and software savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and apply tools that support project planning, reporting, collaboration, and documentation.
  • Respect for and willingness to learn from diverse cultures, perspectives, and working styles.

  • Ability to operate a keyboard, mouse, phone and perform repetitive motion (keyboard); writing (note-taking)

  • Experience in health care process improvement and health information technology implementation experience strongly preferred.

  • Six Sigma, Change Management and Project Management Certifications strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead highly visible, sensitive, and cross-functional enterprise projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, scope, timelines, budget, quality standards, and expected outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including milestones, tasks, dependencies, deliverables, target completion dates, action items, and project tracking tools or boards.
  • Coordinate project execution by assigning deliverables, monitoring progress, facilitating design and implementation reviews, resolving issues, and ensuring project work remains on schedule and within scope.
  • Establish consistent project tracking, reporting, and governance practices, including status updates, dashboards, reporting cadence, meeting agendas, minutes, and executive-level communications.
  • Develop KPIs, metrics, and success measures to evaluate project and program deliverables, monitor performance, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Partner with data analysts and business stakeholders to define business questions, analyze data, identify gaps, and translate findings into meaningful recommendations, action plans, and process improvements.
  • Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and barriers by identifying mitigation strategies, monitoring progress, escalating concerns appropriately, and driving timely resolution.
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment across departments by leading discussions, building professional relationships, promoting collaboration, and supporting effective communication across business units.
  • Provide project leadership, direction, coaching, and support to multidisciplinary project teams, internal stakeholders, and outside consultants to ensure goals, expectations, and objectives are met.
  • Support strategy development and change management by preparing presentations, policies and procedures, workflow documents, training materials, and other standard business communications for various audiences.
  • Develop, document, and improve operational frameworks, workflows, and lean processes within business units to enhance efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate project, information-sharing, tracking, and conflict-resolution meetings to monitor team progress, address challenges, and maintain accountability.
  • Maintain project documentation, lessons learned, best practices, and key stakeholder updates to support transparency, knowledge sharing, and organizational learning.
  • Exercise sound judgment, creativity, and flexibility in applying appropriate project management methodologies, tools, techniques, and process improvement practices to meet project needs.
  • Manage quality initiatives and other assigned enterprise projects that support operational effectiveness, regulatory readiness, member outcomes, and business performance.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
