Requirements

Proven experience as a Scrum Master in enterprise-level environments
Track record managing large-scale IT projects and cross-functional teams
Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and project management tools
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities
Current South Carolina residency or willingness to relocate prior to start (at own expense)
Willingness and ability to work fully onsite in Columbia, SC

Nice To Haves

Experience in public sector or government projects
Advanced project management certifications (PMP, CSM, SAFe)
Familiarity with state procurement and compliance processes

Responsibilities

Lead Scrum ceremonies, ensuring teams adhere to agile principles and best practices
Guide project and operational teams to deliver on-time, in-scope, and within budget
Remove impediments, foster collaboration, and promote continuous improvement
Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership
Support the adoption of agile methodologies across multiple teams
Maintain comprehensive project documentation and compliance with state policies
