About The Position

BAE Systems is hiring an Enterprise Program Security Manager with oversight of enterprise portfolios and environments across the Electronic Systems sector. This role will be based at our Nashua, NH location. The Enterprise Security Manager will have direct oversight over assigned security staff and will work closely with security management on all aspects of program security as it relates to enterprise strategy across disciplines. In this Enterprise Program Security Manager opportunity you will make impacts in the following ways; Strategic Enterprise Security Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of the Enterprise Network and access strategy, while leveraging influence and relationships with government stakeholders to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry standards Implement comprehensive security strategy, in coordination with security leadership, aligned with company goals and government regulations, ensuring the protection of programs, personnel, and assets Collaborate with senior leaders, program managers, and government stakeholders to ensure security requirements are integrated into program planning and execution Oversee the establishment and expansion of enterprise networks across sites and collaborate with ES peers on secure facility modernization initiatives Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of standardized security processes and best practices across the enterprise, ensuring compliance with government and company policies Security Program Management Manage and execute enterprise program portfolio initiatives and ensure Business Area equities are met Develop, maintain, and deliver high-quality security artifacts, including but not limited to System Security Plans, Risk Management Framework (RMF) packages, and Security Assessment Reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies Provide classification guidance, security education and awareness training to employees, and conduct security briefings Ensure completion of self-inspections and staff assisted visits and support Government and/or BAE Systems audits Investigate security incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences. Interpret and enforce government and company security policies and provide direction and guidance to program personnel Support to other security disciplines within the Security program to include: Personnel Security, Physical Security, Information Assurance (IA), Communications Security (COMSEC), Document Control and Visitor Control. Candidate must be able to respond to after-hours alarms on a rotational schedule Talent Management and Development Attract, hire, and retain a high-performing team of world-class security professionals, fostering a culture of security awareness and expertise Manage personnel, their workloads, and development plans to ensure future growth and succession planning Build, mentor, and grow a team of security professionals, through training and development, to create a diverse and skilled workforce capable of addressing the evolving security landscape

Requirements

  • Top Secret Clearance is required, with ability to access Special Access Programs and Sensitive Compartmented Information.
  • Individual must be able to successfully pass a Counterintelligence Polygraph
  • Must demonstrate proven leadership skills, and excellent communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree with 7 or more years of experience related to the position, or 10 + years of related experience with a high school diploma.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117, DoD SAP Manuals
  • Possess a high level of understanding and previous application of the ICD 705, to include, but not limited to; intrusion detection systems, access control devices, TEMPEST requirements, drawings/specifications, etc. for DoD and IC customers
  • Ability to apply the foregoing knowledge of government security requirements in a complex multi-level secure environment to ensure program compliance in non-routine situations
  • Highly proficient written and verbal communication skills with emphasis on clear and cogent presentation of complex information
  • Ability to work independently to identify, assess & resolve unique security situations with innovative solutions geared to facilitate contract performance within the bounds of security requirements
  • Ability to manage time, make sound decisions, take independent action, analyze problems, and provide focused solutions
  • Must have a professional demeanor, good people skills, ability to communicate effectively, and be able to perform in a multi-tasked, dynamic environment
  • Interpret and enforce government and company security policies and provide direction and guidance to program personnel
  • Thorough knowledge and demonstrated application of the U.S. Government security standards
  • Experience interfacing with senior leaders, program managers and US Government security personnel

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors degree or higher
  • TS/SCI with current CI Polygraph
  • Knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Special Access Program Cyber Assurance requirements
  • Technical understanding of Information Systems, accreditation process, and IT Systems administration.
