About The Position

Enterprise Engineering is a fast-paced business focused on helping Amazonians by providing productivity tools and developing capabilities to improve productivity. We're seeking a creative, industrious, customer-obsessed Program Manager who is interested in joining a team with a high-impact mission. As a Program Manager in our Enterprise Engineering organization, you will lead the execution of enterprise-wide product initiatives that transform how Amazonians work. You will shape the future of enterprise productivity tools, and champion solutions that deliver measurable business impact.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Responsibilities

  • Driving cross-functional initiatives that support enterprise solutions across Amazon's internal tools.
  • Defining program scope, building execution plans, managing dependencies across teams, and ensuring delivery against milestones.
  • Coordinating between engineering, product, design, and business stakeholders to keep programs on track and remove blockers as they arise.
  • Establishing mechanisms for tracking progress, escalating risks, and communicating status to senior leadership.
  • Driving alignment across diverse teams, facilitating decision-making, and ensuring accountability for deliverables.
  • Managing program timelines, running operating rhythms (standups, reviews, retrospectives), identifying and mitigating risks, and reporting on program health.
  • Owning the end-to-end delivery lifecycle from kickoff through launch, ensuring clear ownership at every stage.
  • Developing communication plans, creating process documentation, and establishing mechanisms for measuring program outcomes and operational efficiency.
