About The Position

9th Way Insignia is seeking an Enterprise Portfolio Executive to provide executive-level oversight of assigned customer delivery portfolios while helping drive enterprise operational modernization, cybersecurity readiness, governance alignment, and operational maturity across the organization. This role operates under the direction of the Vice President of Operations. This position aligns to a Level 6 – Portfolio Executive at 9th Way Insignia.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business, Engineering, or related field or experience in lieu of degree
10+ years of experience in enterprise operations, IT operations, program delivery, or related leadership roles
Strong understanding of enterprise IT operations, cybersecurity principles, and governance frameworks
Experience supporting customer delivery operations within a federal contracting environment
Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to operate effectively across both technical and operational domains

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting ISO 27001, CMMC, C-SCRM, or similar governance/compliance initiatives
Experience leading enterprise modernization or operational maturity initiatives
PMP, ITIL, CISSP, Security+, or equivalent certification
Experience within GovCon or federal customer environments

Responsibilities

Provide operational leadership and oversight for assigned customer delivery projects and portfolios
Support customer delivery coordination, staffing alignment, escalation management, and delivery quality initiatives
Ensure successful execution of customer programs in alignment with contractual obligations and organizational priorities
Lead enterprise IT modernization initiatives and internal operational technology improvement efforts
Guide enterprise IT operations and maintenance activities
Coordinate cybersecurity posture improvement initiatives and operational resilience activities
Support implementation and sustainment of ISO standards and governance frameworks
Partner with executive leadership, CTO organization, PMO, and operational leaders on enterprise operational maturity initiatives
Support operational coordination across enterprise systems, compliance activities, and technology operations
Drive initiatives intended to improve scalability, operational effectiveness, governance maturity, and organizational resilience
