About The Position

Join a high-impact sales team dedicated to serving as the primary influencer in purchasing decisions for Cisco’s most strategic accounts. As Account Orchestrators, we align and integrate complex solutions with customer needs to drive sustainable growth across our entire product portfolio. Our team operates at the heart of Cisco’s market strategy, bridging the gap between innovative technology and real-world business outcomes. You will collaborate with a diverse group of specialists, including Systems Engineers and Customer Success Managers, to deliver highly customized and scalable engagements. This is an exciting opportunity to lead digital transformation at the highest levels of enterprise business while navigating a dynamic competitive landscape.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of related experience, or a Master’s degree with 6+ years of related experience.
  • Experience managing complex, long-term sales cycles typically ranging from 6 to 18 months.
  • Proficiency in core networking technologies, including switching, wireless, and routing.
  • Experience using CRM tools for forecasting, pipeline management, and account activity tracking.
  • Track record of managing deal sizes ranging from $50K to $750K+.

Nice To Haves

  • 7–10+ years of experience in high-touch, enterprise-level technology sales with a history of closing multi-million dollar deals.
  • Deep vertical expertise in industries such as Finance, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Retail.
  • Proficiency in sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, The Challenger Sale, or Value Selling.
  • Broad technical knowledge across Cisco’s portfolio, including Security (Duo, Umbrella), Collaboration (Webex), and Observability (Splunk, ThousandEyes).
  • Outstanding executive presence with the ability to influence and build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and CISOs.

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate multi-faceted, complex deal cycles for Cisco’s premier accounts to drive significant revenue growth and business transformation.
  • Build and sustain trusted advisor relationships with C-suite executives by leveraging specialized knowledge of industry trends and economic drivers.
  • Lead consultative negotiations and account planning to align Cisco’s roadmap with long-term customer business goals.
  • Integrate competitive data and business intelligence to position differentiated solutions that solve critical customer challenges.
  • Achieve success by maintaining account retention and driving cross-portfolio growth through strategic opportunity prospecting and deal execution.
