About The Position
New Mexico State University’s Global Campus seeks an Enterprise Instructional Tech Admin, Intermediate who will provide support, training, and professional development for faculty across the NMSU system, focusing on the Canvas Learning Management System. Responsibilities include staffing the online open lab, creating workshops and materials, and performing other related duties as assigned. This is a hybrid position based in Las Cruces, NM, and will require regular in-office presence.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree + 4 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree + 2 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide faculty support, training and professional development for the NMSU system.
- Serves as a resource for Canvas Learning Management System support, training and faculty professional development.
- Assist with staffing the online open lab for faculty and students.
- Join a regular rotation for staffing the online open lab support for faculty and students.
- Create professional development workshops and materials.
- Creation of professional development workshops and support materials for faculty and students.
