About The Position

The Enterprise Initiatives Manager translates selected CE enterprise priorities and field-sponsored opportunities into governed, executable initiatives with clear ownership, milestones, measures, and accountability. The role provides operational leadership so HEDs, Regional leaders, and other field partners can sponsor enterprise work without carrying the day-to-day coordination burden alone. The manager leads cross-functional execution, manages risks and dependencies, and helps ensure initiatives deliver intended outcomes while staying connected to the broader CE portfolio and governance system. The manager leads enterprise initiatives from definition through implementation and outcome review; partners with field sponsors to clarify business problems, outcomes, scope, stakeholders, and decisions; and coordinates execution across Regions, teams, and enterprise functions. The role defines practical measures, tracks risks and decisions, escalates material issues, and documents follow-up. It also leads and develops Enterprise Operations Leads, allocates team capacity, and builds reusable tools, templates, standards, and practices for initiative management. The position can be based in SSF or remotely. Relocation benefits are not available. Travel may be required for internal and external business meetings. The expected annual salary range based on the primary SSF, California location is $147,000–$273,000. The role qualifies for the benefits detailed at the company’s benefits link.
