As an Enterprise Infrastructure Director within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. This role will lead the rebuild and transformation of the ITSM platform (ServiceNow). PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. Requirements

  • University / college degree and higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications.
  • Industry -relevant experience is typically 8+ years.
  • At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required.
  • Proven leadership experience with a large scope of responsibility is required.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Directs the strategies, initiatives, policies and programs for global infrastructure development, processes and teams support and management.
  • Drives infrastructure planning, development strategies and initiatives; determines current and future enterprise infrastructure needs.
  • Communicates with vendors, suppliers and executive management to ensure availability of infrastructure technologies and support.
  • Leads the development and adoption of best practices for technology architecture and management.
  • Directs, motivates, develops and oversees the performance of the management team and key staff.
