About The Position

As the Digital Performance Manager, you will be at the forefront of our digital strategy, orchestrating and optimizing our online presence to drive revenue, increase bookings, and foster brand loyalty. Working closely with the Marketing team, you will leverage your expertise in digital marketing, data analytics, and technology to create targeted campaigns that resonate with our diverse customer base.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • A minimum 3 years’ of experience in managing digital campaigns/performance marketing
  • Ability to leverage Brand and HEI processes and systems to support compliance, identify trends and support execution of corporate and property strategies.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Smartsheet’s, Search Console and Looker (formerly Google) Data Studio reports
  • Background in search engine optimization pay-per-click advertising display advertising and email marketing
  • Experience delivering against strict CPA, ROAS, LTV, and ROI targets.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to identify relevant data and leverage to positively impact hotel revenues.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and influence at Property, Brand, Regional and Corporate level.

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of HEI Sales, Marketing and Revenue Management processes and procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to conceptualize, develop, and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the hotel's overall objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in online performance and presence.
  • Identify, test, and scale new digital acquisition channels.
  • Plan and manage online advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, social media, and display networks.
  • Monitor budgets, optimize ad performance, and ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
  • Generate and communicate analytic reports; Assist in formulating action plans and hosting performance calls with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee and enhance the hotel's search engine optimization (SEO) efforts to improve organic visibility and traffic.
  • Develop and execute content marketing strategies to engage audiences and attract potential guests.
  • Ensure our hotel's websites remain visually appealing, user-friendly, and technically optimized.
  • Collaborate with web developers and designers to implement improvements and track website performance.
  • Attend Corporate, Brand and ownership meetings as requested in support of digital strategy and projects and provides video and digital support at HEI internal meetings.
  • Manage and get maximum leverage out of relationships with external digital partners.
