About The Position

Enterprise Cybersecurity Project Management Office Lead The Opportunity : In this role, you’ll serve as the leader and strategic liaison for a small team of technical project managers within Enterprise Cybersecurity ( ECS ) . We’re looking for a strong technical project manager ( PM ) who can simultaneously take on Project Management Office ( PMO ) operational responsibilities and lead a small team of project managers to deliver on cybersecurity objectives. This role is responsible for defining, executing, and managing PMO operational activities, including establishing project management processes for ECS key initiatives, while providing hands-on leadership and oversight for multiple cross-portfolio cybersecurity projects. You will critically analyze project scopes and e nga ge with cyber subject matter experts to ensure all cybersecurity impacts are thoroughly addressed, leveraging their understanding of cybersecurity technologies, tools, and processes. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required. What You’ll Work On: Proactively define and manage PMO operational workflows, met rics, and activities to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery for prioritized initiatives. Lead, mentor, and provide strategic guidance to a team of technical project managers. Drive the successful completion of multiple complex cybersecurity projects, applying technical expertise. Assemble and lead cross-functional teams, assign deliverables, and ensure timely execution. Develop, enforce, and strictly monitor project and implementation schedules while managing competing demands on resources. Apply technical expertise, risk mitigation strategies, and conflict resolution techniques to address gaps or challenges that arise during project execution. Identify and resolve technical execution gaps early, acting as the key escalation point to ensure smooth delivery, operational transitions, and consistent stakeholder satisfaction. Proactively coordinate with ECS portfolio teams and senior leadership to ensure timely delivery of capabilities and services and brief stakeholders as needed. Use tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, and Smartsheet to track project progress, produce reports, and provide visibility into key milestones and outcomes. Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in technical project management, including waterfall and Agile in a cybersecurity or IT environment with schedule, risk, and scope management
  • 5+ years of experience leading technical cybersecurity projects
  • Experience interfacing directly with senior leadership and providing executive summaries and narratives
  • Experience developing and managing executive-level documentation, reports, white papers, proposals, and briefings
  • Experience with cyber technologies, cyber tool capabilities, and cyber operations teams, including Zero T rus t and Data Protection strategies
  • Experience integrating complex applications into large, complicated environments
  • Experience leading a team of technical project managers
  • Ability to lead discussions and reach consensus among various stakeholders to c ond uct strategic planning, define business objectives, prioritize goals, and mitigate risks
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Project Management Professional PMP or CompTIA Security+ Certification
  • Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

  • Experience identifying security- related gaps in environments and implementing solutions to close those gaps
