As a Customer Relations Coordinator, you will be focused on Enterprise Communication; you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and drivers, ensuring clear, timely, and consistent communication throughout the lifecycle of a shipment. This role is designed for individuals who excel at problem-solving, relationship management, communication, and real-time coordination to deliver a high level of service. You will be responsible for relaying information, addressing issues as they arise, and ensuring both customers and carriers remain aligned. Your focus is to serve as a primary point of contact for all parties involved during the after-business hours of your shift, resolve issues, proactively communicate, and ensure a seamless customer experience 24/7/365.
