The Compliance Analyst supports the design, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing effectiveness of Grand Bank for Savings, FSB’s (the “Bank”) Compliance Management System (“CMS”). The position provides analytical, monitoring, testing, documentation, and reporting support across the Bank’s consumer compliance, fair lending, BSA/AML, OFAC, credit card, digital banking, deposit, lending, and payment activities. The Compliance Analyst assists the Chief Compliance Officer and other compliance officers in identifying, evaluating, monitoring, and escalating compliance risk; maintaining policies and procedures; supporting regulatory change management; reviewing products, disclosures, marketing, and customer communications; tracking corrective actions; and preparing for audits and regulatory examinations. The position will have particular responsibilities relating to BSA/AML and OFAC, the Credit Card Accountability Responsibility and Disclosure Act of 2009 (“CARD Act”), Regulation Z, Regulation E, Fair Lending laws and regulations, UDAAP, ACH/NACHA requirements, and the Bank’s national credit card program. The successful candidate must be detail-oriented, analytical, comfortable working across multiple compliance disciplines, and able to balance regulatory requirements with practical business operations and thoughtful customer service. The Compliance Analyst reports to the Bank’s Chief Compliance Officer.
